وَمَا كَانَ رَبُّكَ لِيُهۡلِكَ ٱلۡقُرَىٰ بِظُلۡمٖ وَأَهۡلُهَا مُصۡلِحُونَ

117.在一些市镇的多数居民清廉的情况下，你的主不会因存在不义而毁灭那些地方。
