الٓرۚ كِتَٰبٌ أُحۡكِمَتۡ ءَايَٰتُهُۥ ثُمَّ فُصِّلَتۡ مِن لَّدُنۡ حَكِيمٍ خَبِيرٍ

Alif Lām Ra^[1]. This is a Book whose verses are perfected, then fully explained^[2], from One Who is All-Wise, All-Aware.
