ការបកប្រែអត្ថន័យ ជំពូក​ អាល់មូរសុីឡាត - ការបកប្រែជាភាសាអង់គ្លេស - មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលនួរ អុិនធឺណាសឺណល់ - លេខ​ទំព័រ 580 - សព្វវចនាធិប្បាយនៃគម្ពីគួរអាន

Al-Mursalāt

អាយ៉ាត់: 1

وَٱلۡمُرۡسَلَٰتِ عُرۡفٗا

By those [winds] sent forth in gusts

អាយ៉ាត់: 2

فَٱلۡعَٰصِفَٰتِ عَصۡفٗا

And the winds that blow violently

អាយ៉ាត់: 3

وَٱلنَّٰشِرَٰتِ نَشۡرٗا

And [by] the winds that spread [clouds]

អាយ៉ាត់: 4

فَٱلۡفَٰرِقَٰتِ فَرۡقٗا

And those [angels] who bring criterion^[1816]

[1816] To Allāh's human messengers.

អាយ៉ាត់: 5

فَٱلۡمُلۡقِيَٰتِ ذِكۡرًا

And those [angels] who deliver a message

អាយ៉ាត់: 6

عُذۡرًا أَوۡ نُذۡرًا

As justification or warning,

អាយ៉ាត់: 7

إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَوَٰقِعٞ

Indeed, what you are promised is to occur.

អាយ៉ាត់: 8

فَإِذَا ٱلنُّجُومُ طُمِسَتۡ

So when the stars are obliterated

អាយ៉ាត់: 9

وَإِذَا ٱلسَّمَآءُ فُرِجَتۡ

And when the heaven is opened

អាយ៉ាត់: 10

وَإِذَا ٱلۡجِبَالُ نُسِفَتۡ

And when the mountains are blown away

អាយ៉ាត់: 11

وَإِذَا ٱلرُّسُلُ أُقِّتَتۡ

And when the messengers' time has come...^[1817]

[1817] i.e., when they are gathered to witness concerning their nations. The sentence's conclusion is understood to be "...the promised judgement will then take place."

អាយ៉ាត់: 12

لِأَيِّ يَوۡمٍ أُجِّلَتۡ

For what Day was it postponed?^[1818]

[1818] "It" may refer to either the aforementioned occurrences collectively or to the testimony of the messengers.

អាយ៉ាត់: 13

لِيَوۡمِ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ

For the Day of Judgement.

អាយ៉ាត់: 14

وَمَآ أَدۡرَىٰكَ مَا يَوۡمُ ٱلۡفَصۡلِ

And what can make you know what is the Day of Judgement?

អាយ៉ាត់: 15

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe,^[1819] that Day, to the deniers.

[1819] i.e., death and destruction.

អាយ៉ាត់: 16

أَلَمۡ نُهۡلِكِ ٱلۡأَوَّلِينَ

Did We not destroy the former peoples?

អាយ៉ាត់: 17

ثُمَّ نُتۡبِعُهُمُ ٱلۡأٓخِرِينَ

Then We will follow them with the later ones.

អាយ៉ាត់: 18

كَذَٰلِكَ نَفۡعَلُ بِٱلۡمُجۡرِمِينَ

Thus do We deal with the criminals.

អាយ៉ាត់: 19

وَيۡلٞ يَوۡمَئِذٖ لِّلۡمُكَذِّبِينَ

Woe, that Day, to the deniers.
